BACKED FOR EPSOM
latest move in connection with the A.J.C. spring races is the backing cf the New Zealander, Aussie, which has 9.9 in the Epsom. Aussie was also coupled in doubles with the leading candidates in the Metrop. Aussie was backed so well that the gelding is now bn the same mark with Ramulus and Sion, which are disputing favouritism for the big mile race to be run two months hence at Randwick.
