ARREARS OF MAINTENANCE (From Our Own Correspondent) TE AWAMUTU, Today. Failure to comply with the terms of a maintenance order made on September 7, 1928, resulted in Reginald C. Fitzgerald being committed to gaol, the warrant to be suspended if £l2 a month is paid. The case was heard at Te Awamutu before Mr. F. YV. Platts, S.M., on Friday. The arreas were shown at £l4B Is 6d. Fitzgerald had deserted his wife and six young children, and counsel said he should be taught a lesson
