FATALITY NEAR CAMBRIDGE
DRIVER’S ACTION COMMENDED (Special to THE SUN) CAMBRIDGE, Thursday. Accidental death was the verdict returned at the inquest today concerning the death of Willoughby John Head, 13, who died as a result of a motorlorry capsizing- on the Mauilgatautari Road on Tuesday. In returning his verdict the coroner added that no blame was attachable to the driver, deceased’s brother, who was commended for his presence of mind in putting on the hand-bi-ake when the truck was going backward toward a precipice overlooking the Waikato River. This action prevented further loss of life.
