Here is an excellent design for a smart morning dress in natural tussore, or some equally firm fabric. The fulness of the skirt is arranged in pleats at ore side, while the belt draws in the fullness of the bodice on the opposite side. A neat turnover collar, a useful patch pocket, and a tie of green and natural foulard complete a very desirable little toilette.
