Miss Margaret Bondfield, when 14 unemployed men penetrated to the board room demanding an interview with Miss Bondfield. Officials politely pointed out that it was impossible without an appointment and asked them to leave, but they refused. A mess-age to Scotland Yard brought two officers and 30 police. They were also defied, and had to forcibly remove the intruders. Some of them shoutingly resisted ; being carried out.
