THIRD PRESS CONGRESS

AT OTTAWA IN 1931 Press Association ASHBURTON, Wednesday. The Press Congress of the World, which was initiated at the Pan-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco in 1915, and which held its first sessions in Honolulu in 1921, and its second in Geneva in 1926, will meet for the third time in Ottawa in July, 1931. It had been hoped that the third session would take place this year, but the president, Mr. Robert Bell, of Christchurch, advises from London that after consultations in Canada, the United States and Britain, the executive has decided that 1931 is the most suitable date.
