NEED IN CHRISTCHURCH Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. Major Furby, District Commissioner of Boy Scouts, replying to complaints, said this morning:—“Should the dissatisfied scoutmasters resign, they will leave openings for better men to take charge and inculcate into the boys proper ideals of Scout training, the lack of which is evident under the system c*i control advocated by the Scouters Association.” He said he had been given full powers to clean up the mess and intended to do so.
