O'BRIAN “REVELLERS”
ST. JAMES THEATRE It is not often that a revue company with the talent of the Revellers visits Auckland, and Frank O’Brian and his company are consequently enjoying a very successful season, theatregoers in this city showing their appreciation by regular visits to St. James Theatre. During the weeks the company has been playing in Auckland, the audiences have steadily increased, the fame of Frank O’Brian and his merry men and women spreading fast. This week's programme bubbles with mirth and is crammed full of song and dance. Frank O’Brian is a show in himself, his humour keeping audiences in a state of continual laughter. Janice Hart is another bright star in the merry firmament. She dances and sings her way into the hearts of the spectators and proves herself to be one of the best stepdancers who have appeared in this city. Gordon Norville, Marie Ward and Mabel Morgan are other principals who help the show along in song and sketch.
