Little Thunder: Many thanks, Little Thunder. Are you looking forward to the parade on Saturday week? . . . Little Star: So this is the great night? I hope you will all have a happy time at your birthday party . . . Green Leaf: What have you done to your hand, Green Leaf? I hope it will soon recover. Tour Whangarei notes are very interesting this time, and it was kind of your friend to act as your stenographer . . . Lone Dreamer: Many happy returns. Do you feel quite grown up? I, too, love pine-needles. The earth has no fairer carpet. Did those clouds on the horizon bring rain? . . . Harvest Moon: Congratulations on your success in the poetry competition.
