BACK TO FATHERLAND
EX-KAISER IS NOW FREE TO RETURN SPECIAL LAW EXPIRES {Australian and y.Z. Press Association Reed. 9.5 a.m. BERLIN, Tuesday. At midnight the ex-Kaiser Wilhelm will be. free to reiurn to the Fatherland. when the special law allows the Government to veto Ins return expires. Wilhelm will not require a visa, a’ though it is likely from a technical viewpoint that a German passport will be required. Thus far, his movements in Holland have been restricted only at the German border. However, although the way is now made clear, those in close touch with Doom believe that he will only return to the Fatherland if the nation desires it, and then only as Kaiser.
