LONG-DISTANCE FLIGHT
GREAT BRITISH AIRPLANE TO TRY AGAIN TO COLOMBO OR DURBAN British Official Tl'irclcss Reed. 11 am. RUGBY, Monday. It. is learned that the Royal Air Force is to make another attempt to break the world‘s long-distance record with the big Fairey-Napier long-range monoplane, which recently flew nonstop to India. The machine is at present being exhibiied at the aero show at Olympia, but immediately this closes on Saturday next it will be taken to the Cranwell airdrome, to ibe prepared for an attempt to fly either to Colombo or Durban, the desItination being'decided according to ‘weather conditions.
