He appeared for sentence. hav—ing been remanded during the week so that inquiries could be made about him. Sub-Inspector McCarthy recalled the circumstances of the assauli. which were that Chester had caused an uproar in a. restaurant and assaulted the proprietor when he was going for the police. Chester’s sentence will be served at the expiration of the present term.
