WAGON AND TRAM COLLIDE WHEEL PASSES OVER ARM Driving a horse wagon out of A. B. Wright’s Newton branch in Great North Road, Reginald Smith Harvey was thrown from his seat when the wagon collided with a tram. He fell to the road with considerable force and, the horses going straight on, the wheel passed over his arm. He was taken to hospital by the St. John Ambulance suflering from head injuries and severe lacerations to his right arm. __ _4 __ 7
