accident or disaster which result in the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sun. of £1,000; in any such event the sni-i sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accident ?- which results in the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000).
