FAREWELL TO VICAR

BIRKENHEAD PRESENTATIONS The parishioners of All Saints Church, Birkenhead, gave a farewell social to the Rev. H. H. Bedford, vicar of the church, in the Parian Hall, Birkenhead, last evening. A. C. Bicknell presided. Musical items were given by Messrs. A. Borrows, W. Ungemuth and JWright, and Mrs. E. Wallis, Mrs. C. Davenport, Miss D. Mills and Mrs. A. J. Hurley. Mrs. Steele was the aecompaniste. Air. Bicknell referred to the good work done by Air. Bedford in the sever, years he had been in the district, and Mr. J. Hall, the people’s warden, presented Air.
