GRAND AND LYRIC
“STOLEN PLEASURES”
Dorothy Revier, the popular young star, plays a thrilling and interesting role in “Stolen Pleasures,” the new picture now at the Grand and Lyric Theatres. She is the attractive wife of a successful young society man, and they are very happy until one day they have a slight misunderstanding. They quarrel, and he walks out of the house and goes to a beach resort. When he doesn’t return she is furious. Then she learns that he is having a very entertaining time at the resort. That night, just to show her husband that she can have a good time too, she goes to a notorious roadhouse with a man whose reputation is questionable, to say the least. He gets her into a private room and starts making violent love to her. She hadn’t counted on this, nor on her husband’s coming to the same place, nor on the possibility of lightning striking tlie house.
