accident or disaster which result in the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1,000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000) will be paid pro rata* (h) That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirt-v----days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pound?: (£1,000).
