The entire XJ.F.A. film colony at Neubalelsberg is now discussing the

latest Fritz Lang production “The Girl in the Moon,” which is said will be even greater than “Metropolis” when completed. The most recent activities on the production was the staging of the departure of a giant ether-ship for its sensational trip to the moon. The j rocket-ship is car- :

ried from its immense hangar by means of a crane moving on tracks to a water basin from which it is shot into the air. Hundreds of thousands of onlookers and thousands of cars will be seen in these breath-taking scenes. The U.F.A. super-production will be released by Cinema Art Films on completion. The leading roles are taken by Gerda Maurus and Willy Fritsch, and it is i being directed by Fritz Lang.
