WOMAN KNOCKED DOWN
ACCIDENT IN GRAFTON ROAD While crossing Grafton Road late last evening Miss D’Arcv Jones, of 8S Grafton Road, was knocked down by a taxi-cab, one of her legs being broken. The taxi-driver called an ambulance and Miss Jones was taken to the Auckland Hospital. It was reported this morning that her condition is not serious. One of the cab's lamps was tom off by the force of the collision.
