OLD BOYS’ BRANCH MEETS
NEW PLYMOUTH ASSOCIATION The New Plymouth High School Old Boys’ Association’s Auckland branch held its annual meeting last evening, under the chairmanship of Mr. PI. L. Calder. About 15 members attended. The annual report described the work of the branch and the success of the last annual reunion, and announced that the school Rugby team would be visiting Auckland next month to play the Auckland Grammar School. It was hoped to hold this year’s reunion during that visit. The meeting decided to hold the reunion on August 24, and recommended to the incoming committee that a dinne,r, followed by a theatre party, should be held. The following officers were elected for the coming year:—President, Mr. Lionel O’Halloran: vice-presidents, Mr. L. M. Horrocks and Mr. PL L. Calder; secretary, Mr. D. O’Halloran; treasurer, Mr. A. Brodie; committee. Dr. E. AY. B. Griffiths, Messrs. K. Taylor. R. O’Dea, J. F. McDonald, and C. E. 11. Putt.
