"This man is not fit to be on the road. lie has had two accidents in six months, and offered as explanation that it may be his eyesight, or may be carelessness,” said Mr. J. L. Stout. S.M.. in the Magistrate’s Court, when two charges of alleged negligent driving were preferred against J. O’Leary, ser-vice-car driver. Defendant’s licence was cancelled until June of next year, and fines were also imposed.
