BOXER GIVEN LICENCE WORLD AMATEUR CHAMPION WELLINGTON, Monday. At a special meeting of the New Zealand Boxing Council today Ted Morgan, of Wellington, who won the amateur welter-weight championship of the world at the last Olympic Games, was granted a licence as a professional boxer.
