The lifeless body of William Wyatt Matthew Clark, a billiards saloon proprietor, was found lying fully clothed on a couch !n a curtained alcove In his saloon when the police entered about eight o’clock. The body was covered with a billiards table cloth, Inside of which was one end of a gas tube, fastened to a button-bole of the dead man’s waP - coat. Gas was still Issuing from the tube.
