HOCKEY TEAM ARRIVES
READY FOR STRENUOUS TOUR Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The Australian hockey team arrived today from Sydney, being welcomed by officials of the New Zealand Association and members of the Wellington Association. Hater the team had luncheon at the hotel.. The team is a youthful one, but is considered the best that has ever left Australia. Grounds on the other side have been heavy lately, and therefore the team should be ready for New Zealand conditions. The trip over was not good, but players look forward confidently to the opening match with Wairarapa at Carterton on Thursday.
