REFUSED ALLEGIANCE TO BACCHA TRAITOR TO AMANULLAH (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11 a.m. DELHI, Monday. Ali Ahmed Jan, brother-in-law of Amanullah, who after the ex-King’s flight from Kabul turned traitor and proclaimed himself King of Jalalabad and Kandahar, has been shot at the order of Bacchasakao, the rebel king, because he refused to swear allegiance to Baccha.
