AIRPLANE CRASHES —A message from Port Moresby says the Lieuten-ant-Governor of Papua, Sir Herbert Murray, his niece, Miss Morrison, and rhe nilot Parer, were slightly injured when the thplane in which they had intended to make a short flight crashed from a height of 50ft. The machine, which is used on the service to Bulolo goldfields, was extensively damaged. BABY’S TRAGIC DEATH.—A tragedy occurred in the Sydney suburb of Chatswood on Saturday morning, when a baby, 11 months old, was suffocated by her mother. Jose f h ‘ l l!
