RELEASED MAN FORFEITS BAIL Taken ill in the cells last night. Hector Rose was released on bail of £2 on a charge of being disorderly while drunk in Phillip Street. Rose, aged 35, did not appear to answer the charge at the Police Court this morning and was fined £2, the amount of bis bail. According to the constable who arrested him. Rose was disorderly in Phillip Street about nine o'clock on Saturday night. He was covered with blood and trying to get into a house.
