AUCKLAND PURCHASE
1 N Auckland enthusiast has purchased the promising Southland pacer Sunshower from Owner J. Cruickshanks, and the five-year-old daughter of Sungod has entered R. Berry’s stable at Templeton. Sunshower won the big race at Gore on Boxing Day tn convincing fashion, trampinq 430 from a 4.45 mark. The Sungod mare is one that is likely to show further improvement next season and should give her new o wn .J good service.
