SEIZURE OF FARM
After five days' hearing, the action by Ernest Cartier, an Awakeri farmer, against Harold Bart Tucker, a Whakatane storekeeper, for £2,424 damages for alleged wrongful seizure of farm and stock, was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. Mr. Justice Kennedy reserved his decision.
