, TO CELEBRATE BIRTHDAY i To celebrate the birthday of Mr. Neville Harris, Onehunga, a very cheery fancy dress party was held in the Oriental Rendezvous on Saturday evening. 1 ARSING costumes were worn, and the guests spent an evening of l fun and frolic in the gaily decorated hall. : Among those present were: Miss ,V. Miss Karo McGill, a giggling school--1 girl. > Miss MeCawley, representing community singing. 1 Miss Pullan, a Spanish dancer. [ Miss Mayespie, a fairy in fluffy ballet skirts. Miss Robinson, light. Miss Murray, charleston pierrot. Miss D. Wynyard, .a senorita of old Spain. Miss R. Beth waite, a Persian court lady. Miss Ij. Blick, a sweet Victorian girl. Miss E. Clark who wore checked rompers.
