MOTOR-CYCLE CLUB
FORMED AT DARGAVILLE (From Our Own Correspondent) DARGAVILLE. Saturday. Motor-cycle enthusiasts of this district unanimously decided to form a club at a well-attended meeting on Thursday. The name selected for the club is ‘The Dargaville Motor-Cycle Club.” Officers were appointed as follow: President, Mr. F. Davenport; vicepresident, Mr. D. Warmington; secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. L. Megson: committee, Messrs. N. Fitzlienry, N. Silich. F. Marshall, C. Partridge. R. Fell and S. Smith. The objects of the club will be the arrangement of runs and tours and generally the promotion of a community feeling and effort among the motor-cycle enthusiasts of the district.
