DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
THEFT AT NEW LYNN Between eight and nine o'clock this morning the home of Mrs. E. Grundy, Great North Road, New Lynn, was ransacked by thieves, and every room was entered and searched for valuables. A quantity of clothing was stolen, including two waistcoats, a coat and a pair of trousers. Mrs. Grundy was absent from the house for only an hour and the thieves must have w’orked quickly to have made such a thorough search of it.
