WAGON DERAILED
TRAIN DELAYED AN HOUR Press Association TAIHAPE, Friday. One wagon of a mixed goods and passenger train, which arrived in Taihape from Ohakune at 10 a.m. today, and left for Marton 15 minutes later, ■was derailed two miles south of Utiku this morning. A gang of surfacemen happened to be working near the scene of the accident, and they placed the derailed truck on the line, and the train proceeded on its journey about one hour behind schedule time. As a result of the mishap another mixed train, due at Taihape from Marton at noon, was delayed at Mangaweka, and arrived at Taihape over tm hour late. Utikti is about six piiles south of Taihape.
