CLICK CLACK CABARET
The Click Clack Cabaret commences a new era this evening when a Grand Festival Opening will be celebrated by the new management. There will be a number of new attractions, including cabaret ballets arranged by Miss Gwenth Macnaughton. The musical programme will be handled capably by Clyde Howley’s Internationals. Nancy Carroll and Charles (Buddy) Rogers, two of the most popular stars of today, have the leading roles as ’osemary and Abie in “Abie’s Irish Rose.” Jean Hersholt has another important featured role.
Motion picturegoers all over the world are awaiting Richard Dix’s debut as a talking star. Previous to entering motion pictures Dix was on the legitimate stage and -his voice, it is stated, records exceptionally well.
Harold Lloyd’s latest picture for Paramount, previously known as "T.N.T.,” has been retitled “Now You’re Talking.” Barbara Kent will be seen and heard in the feminine i lead, in the talking version of the pici ture. _
