SUBURBAN THEATRES

An excellent programme of pictures and revue will be presented at the Prince Edward Theatre this evening. The films are “A South Sea Bubble” (Ivor Novello) and “Children of the Ritz” (Dorothy Mackaill and Jack Mulhall). The iPncushion Revue will appear and introduce new songs, dances and sketches. The Grey Lynn Cinema is showing “New Year’s Eve” (Mary Astor) and “Widecorabe Fair” (Marguerite Allen). At the Parish Hall, Devonport. the films are “Honeymoon Hate” (Florence Vidor) and “Seven Footprints to Satan” (Thelma Todd). At the Foresters’ Hall, Birkenhead, ! the chief picture is “Strong Boy” (Beatrice Joy and Victor McLaglen). There will be dancing until midnight.
