The property was bought in by the mortgagee at a fuxrther price of £ 510. J. R. Robertson, Ltd., offered for sale a six-roomed residence at 90 Williamson Avenue, Grey Lynn. The property changed hands at £728. When Messrs. Richard Arthur, Ltd. offered a bungalow of six rooms on a section in Ridings Road, Remuera, it was bought in by the mortgagee at an undisclosed price. The price of a seven-roomed dwelling and section in 23 Beresford Street, sold by Air. Ranfurly Smith last Friday was £450, not £ 930, as previously reported.
