THAMES HARBOUR WORKS (From Our o%cn Correspondent) THAMES, Today. The Thames Harbour improvements scheme is sitill unfinished owing to financial difficulties. The board is making an application to the Government for assistance. At its last meeting the board adopted a recommendation from the finance committee in regard to the curtailment of expenses. The saving will amount to several hundred pounds.

The question of disposing of the board’s locomotive tractor was left to a committee.
