BODY WILL BE EXHUMED AGAIN APPLICATION GRANTED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) LONDON, Tuesday. In the case in which the AttorneyGeneral, Sir William Jowitt, applied to the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Hewart, for an order for a further inquest on the body of Mr. Edmund Duff, one of the alleged victims of the Croydon poisoning case, the Lord Chief Justice granted an application for the exhumation of the body. The court wos of opinion that the evidence available since June 1, 1928, ought to be considered.
