Luring the seven the lodge lias been in operation ,|., re had been paid £231 6s 8d for ck benefits, £383 14s 9d for medical attendance, £lO6 9s for medicines. .139 4s 6d for members receiving hospital treatment. £216 for maternity onuses, and £lO for funeral allowaflces, and £ll 4s fid to the benevolent J The Tauranga South Bowling and Tennis Club held its annual meeting Friday evening. The report and balance sheet disclosed a very sucssful year. The election of officers •esulted: President, Mr. F. Boyd (re-f-'ected); vice-presidents, Messrs. T. Bunting and Renshaw; secretary, Mr. H B. Mount fort; assistant secretary ■or bowling club. G. Pegler; treasurer, *»s C. Jordan; executive committed Messrs. IV. J. Baigent, A. Hardy, E. p. Mountfort. and G. H. Bell. It ras decided to hold a social at an , ar iy date, when the prizes will be presented.
