POPULARITY CONTINUES The popularity of community singing has already been shown during tho past few weeks, but it is expected that next Wednesday’s ’sing.” to be led bv Mr. Len Barnes, director of IYA. will establish a new record. Mr. R. L. Paterson will preside, and solos Will be sung by Mr. Dudley Wrathalt and Miss Millicent O’Grady, while Mrs. W. E. Osborne will be pianist. Community singing will be from 12.30 to 1.30, but from noon to 12.30 there will be a gramophone recital. The collection will be in aid of the Earthquake Relief Fund.
