TASMANIA AT AVONMOUTH—The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Tasmania, which left Auckland on April 27 with New Zealand produce for England, arrived at Avonmouth on Wednesday.

BRAND SAILS TOMORROW.—The Norwegian motor-ship Brand, at present discharging hardwood from Bunbury at King’s Wharf, is to sail tomorrow afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge. Russell and Somers are the local agents.

EMDEN BERTHS TODAY. —The German cruiser Emden will come out of dock at Devonport. at. four o’clock this afternoon and will berth at Central Wharf. She will go on to the Western Wharf at seven o'clock on Tuesday morning to take oil fuel, returning to her berth at Central Wharf at seven o’clock on Wednesday morning.

ORKANGER SAILS—The Norwegian tanker Orkanger, which berthed at Western Wharf on Wednesday to discharge bulk oil from Los Angeles, sailed for Wellington yesterday morning to unload a further consignment of her cargo. The vessel will complete dischai'ge al Melbourne and Sydney.

KAIKORAI FROM NE WC ASTLE—The Union Company’s steamer Kaikorai, which has been loading for New Zealand ports at Newcastle, sailed for Auckland last evening. She is expected to arrive on Tuesday.

MAKURA LEFT SYDNEY—The Royal Mail steamer Makura, relieving the Aorangi on the Sydney-Auckland-Van-couver run, left Sydney for Auckland yesterday and is due here on Monday morning. The vessel is announced to sail again at 11 o’clock on Tuesday morning for Suva, Honolulu, Victoria and Vancouver.

TAHITI FROM SAN FRANCISCO.— Prom San Francisco, via Papeete and Rarotonga, the Tahiti is due at Wellington on Monday morning. She will leave again the following afternoon for Sydney. THE VALAC!A.—The C. and D. Line chartered steamer Valacia will now leave Bluff tomorrow morning for Timaru to unload the remainder of her London cargo. She is to clear Timaru on Tuesday for Port Kembla. GOLDEN STATE LEAVES DUNEDIN. —Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane advise that the O. and O. Line steamer Golden State cleared Dunedin at daylight this morning for Honolulu and the Pacific Coast. HURUNUI SAILS MONDAY. —It is expected that the Hew Zealand Shipping Company’s vessel Hurunui, at present unloading cargo from London at Queen’s Wharf, will be dispatched for Wellington and New Plymouth on Monday afternoon. MAUI POMARE DELAYED FURTHER.—Spedding, Ltd., advises that the Government motor-ship Maui Pomare has been further delayed by bad weather and is now due from Norfolk Island at daylight on Monday. She berths at King's Wharf. PORT DUNEDIN RADIOS. —Heather Roberton, Ltd., advises that the Commonwealth and Dominion Line vessel Port Dunedin has sent a radio message that she expects to arrive at Auckland from Liverpool on Monday. She was previously expected on Sunday. REMU ERA REPORTS,—The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Remuera, which cleared Wellington on June 22 for Southampton and London, via Panama, has reported by wireless that she is experiencing fine weather and that all is well. KIA ORA AT PORT CHALMERS.The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Kia Ora arrived at Port Chalmers at noon on Wednesday from London. After putting out part cargo the vessel will leave there tomorrow for Bluff, Lyttelton and New Plymouth to complete discharge. CITY OF BATAVIA SAILS TOMORROW.—At present discharging cargo from New York at Prince’s Wharf, the Ellerman and Bucknall steamer City of Batavia is now announced to sail at noon tomorrow for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharging. The New Zealand Shipping Company is the vessel’s local agent. KUROW’S MOVEMENTS.—The Union Company advises that the Kurow, from Adelaide and Edithburg, was to leave Wallaroo yesterday for Melbourne to complete loading for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington, New Plymouth and Auckland. She is to clear Melbourne on July 1. CUMBERLAND AT QUEEN’S. —The Federal steamer Cumberland, is still discharging cargo from West Coast United Kingdom ports at Queen’s Wharf. The New Zealand Shipping Company hopes to dispatch the vessel next Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaiuu. Dunedin and Bluff to complete discharging. HAURAKI AT VANCOUVER.—CabIed news has been received by the Union Company that the Hauraki arrived at Vancouver at 3 p.m. on Monday last from Adelaide. The vessel will load at Powell River, Ocean Falls, San Francisco and Los Angeles for Auckland. Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. She is to clear Los Angeles on July is and is due at Auckland on August 3. CANADIAN TRANSPORTER. The Canadian Transporter arrived at Dunedin at 3.15 p.m. on Tuesday last from Lyttelton, instead of calling in at Timaru en route. The vessel is due at Wellington next Wednesday to load for New York, Boston and Montreal. The Canadian Transporter will leave Wellington on Wednesday for Auckland and is to sail finally from this port on July WAITEMATA TOMORROW MORNING.—With general cargo from Pacific Coast, Canadian and American ports, the Union Company’s steamer Waitemata is encountering bad weather, according to the latest wireless report, and will not arrive at Auckland from Los Angeles until 10 a.m. tomorrow. She berths at Prince's Wharf. After unloading the local consignment of her cargo the vessel will sail for Wellington, Melbourne and Si dney to complete discharge. GOLDEN WEST TOMORROW.—The American steamer Golden West, with case oil, timber and general merchandise from Pacific Coast, Canadian and American ports, has wirelessed that she expects to arrive from Los Angeles tomorrow afternoon. The vessel will berth at King’s Wharf, and after unloading the local consignment of her cargo will complete discharge at Wellington and Lyttelton. The local agents, Henderson and Macfarlane, have not yet received particulars of the loading programme.

Port Dunedin, Makura, Golden AVest, Maheno. Chatham Islands.—King Gruffydd, lonic, Taranaki. Wellington.—Arahura, Maori, Wahine, Tamahine, Dunedin, Diomede, Manuka, Ulimaroa, Marama, Niagara, Flowergate, Aelybryn, Orkanger, Mahia, Kent, Surrey, British Glory. Awarua. —Tahiti, Maunganui, Karetu, Cerasus, Golden State, Tutanekai. PORT OF ONEHUNGA— Hoklanga is now scheduled to sail from Onehunga- for Hokianga at half-past eleven tomorrow morning. Ngapuhi is stijl delayed at Onehunga owing to the Manukau bar being unworkable, but it is hoped to dispatch her at noon tomorrow for New Plymouth. In that case she will leave New' Plymouth on Monday evening for Onehunga again. Arapawa sailed from New Plymouth, en route from AA r anganui to Onehunga, at half-past eight this morning. Hauturu is still barbound at Hokianga
