PROPERTY SALES AND PRICES 4. - A property situated at 23 Beresford Street, consisting of a seven-roomed dwelling and land with a frontage of 32 feet and depth of 170 feet, was bought in by the Crown for £930. The property, sold by Mr. Ranfurly Smith, was offered under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, at the request of the mortgagee. A four-roomed house on a section of over half an acre, situated in Mount Albert Road, opposite the Mount Roskill Road Board, was offered by Richard Arthur, Ltd., and was bought in by the mortgagee. Two house properties, one in Moa Road, off Great North Road. Point Chevalier, and the other in Ward Terrace, oft Edendale Road, were passed i in at auction.
