AMERICAN EXPERTS MEET HOOVER GREAT BENEFIT EXPECTED * ** (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) NEW YORK, Wednesday. The Washington correspondent of the “New York Times” states that at a connference with President Hoover, Messrs. Pierpont Morgan and Owen D. Young insisted that it will be desirable to have Americans on the board of directors of the International Bank, which is to handle German reparation payments. It. is understood that the United States will make a separate reparation agreement with Germany, which must be submitted to Congress. Messrs. Morgan and Young were optimistic about Germany’s ability to pay, and commended. the reparation agreement. They said it would stabilise Europe to suchc an extent that it would greatly benefit America’s export trade. The two experts expresesd the opinion that American farmers will draw more benefits from the settlement than they will from the newlypassed Farm Relief Bill.
