MACDONALD. DAWES AND GIBSON PRIME MINISTER HOPEFUL British Official Wireless &ecd. 11.24 a.m. RUGBY, Wed. The Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, yesterday had a further conversation on disarmament with the American Ambassador, Mr. C. G. Dawes, during which Mr. Hugh GibB °n. who represented the United States on the Preparatory Disarmament Committee, was also present.
