The Arbitration Court has tiled its judgment in the application of the Performing Musicians’ Union to add the Radio Broadcasting Company of New Zealand to the existing award. The judgment states: “The conditions of employment of instrumentalists have changed at some centres since the question was last before the Court. ,It may be reasonable to add the company as a party when a new award is made, but the conditions of the present award cannot be applied to it.”
