MAN AND WOMAN CHARGED Press Association NELSON, Today. At the Magistrate’s Court, Stanley Symon, remanded on Monday for the theft of £lO from a Chinaman, was admited to probation on very stringent terms. Associated with the same set of circumstances, Daphine Hermansen was charged with being idle and disorderly, with receiving £7 from Eric Cavanagli knowing it to have 'been dishonestly obtained, and with the theft of £7, the property of the Chinaman. She was committed for trial, the charge of being idle and disorderly being adjourned sine die.
