AMANULLAH WEEPS

FALLEN MONARCH DEPARTS FOR ITALY FAREWELL TO FOLLOWERS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) DELHI, Saturday. Amanullah, formerly King of Afghanistan, wept bitterly on leaving Bombay today on the liner Mooltan for Italy. He embraced and kissed each of his loyal followers -whom he left behind. Inayatullah, brother of Amanullah, who was also in tears, was similarly treated. They were still bidding farewell to each other when the siren was blown. Twenty-five first-class cabins on the liner were reserved for Amanullali’s suite. There was a special cabin exquisitely furnished for the ex-Queen Souriya.
