A DIMINUTIVE FIGURE, well shepherded by constables, entered the Police Court this morning. It was Reginald Gordon Cotterill, aged 23, whohas made a full confession to the police of his exploits as a “cat burglar.” He appeared on two charges, and was remanded for a week.
