CASH REGISTER FOUND

CHEQUE ALONE UNTOUCHED (Special to THE SUN) NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. The cash register which was stolen at New Plymouth from the shop of Mr. V. C. Stephens, baker and confectioner, on Saturday evening, when the shop-girl’s back was turned, has been found behind a flax bush a little off the roadway at Octavius Place, about a mile from town. All the cash, about £lB, had been taken, but a cheque remained untouched. The machine was not damaged.
