EPSOM CROQUET CLUB

The Epsom Croquet Club’s annual meeting was presided over by Air. Clem Blakey, president of the Epsom Bowling Club. After tlie club’s activities for the season had been discussed and approved, the meeting thanked Airs. Walker, president, and Airs. Huddleston, secretary, who are retiring, for their past services to the club. Airs. Rogers was then welcomed to tli© presidential chair for the coming year. Prizes won during tlie past season were presented as follow:—A championship and rosebowl, Airs. AlcGregor; runner-up, Airs. Baker. B championship. Airs. Alorrison; runner-up, Airs. H. Jones. Handicap singles. Airs. Baker: runner-up, Airs. Schubert. Doubles, Airs. Schubert and Airs. Alalcolm. It was decided to hold a series of card and social evenings on alternate Thursdays in the pavilion, the first on June 27. and to invite all interested in bowls and croquet to attend.
